I am putting together an email list of folks who would like to receive an email whenever I upload a new post to my blog. That way you won't have to keep checking to see if I have anything new posted. (I know my posts are sporadic). If you would like to be placed on my email update list, send me an email and tell me you would like to be added to the list. (You should have my email address if you received an email from me telling you what my blog address is.) Then whenever I post something new, you will receive an email telling you to check the blog!!
